To begin the application process, the completed
application
form and the $100 application fee must be submitted.
After the application is processed, the camp office will then send a recommendation form directly to the school principal or counselor and provide the prospective camper with a reference form for obtaining a recommendation from a school music director or private instructor.
Additionally, a current statement of good health obtained from a physician must be on file prior to the beginning of camp. (There is no standard camp form for this.)
Enrollment is limited to 225, so early application is recommended. Applications will be accepted after January 1, 2008.
